On September 11th, we are celebrating our 6-year anniversary here at Trace! We have so much to be grateful for and we believe that our church is uniquely poised to make a huge impact in Colorado Springs. We want to leverage our resources to support an organization in our city that offers the hope of Jesus Christ to neighbors in need. Mercy’s Gate has a food pantry to strategically help families and individuals in crisis but the Covid pandemic and the resulting economic landscape has left their supplies depleted. That’s why on Sept. 11 and THIS DAY ONLY, we are going to blow up their empty storage room with 6,000 food items! This will be a huge challenge but we know Trace is up for it! Below is a list of things they need the most. Let’s bring our absolute best for our neighbors. No leftover lima beans or expired spaghettio’s from the back shelf. 🙂
